The master plan of Binh Phuoc province aims to realize the development goal that by 2030, Binh Phuoc will become a modern, effective and sustainable industrial province, an “attractive destination” of the Southeast Region.

The planning is firmly founded on the foundation of logical infrastructure arrangements and interdisciplinary connections in order to find sustainable development policies for the economy, society, environment, and security.

The planning project is jointly implemented by IVI and Encity Joint Stock Company, with the close cooperation of local and central departments and ministries.
