Approval of Binh Phuoc Provincial Plan for the Period 2021-2030, Vision to 2050

Binh Phuoc endeavors to establish itself as a sustainable, efficient, and contemporary industrial province by 2030, making it an “attractive destination” in the Southeast region. By 2050, Binh Phuoc will emerge as a significant regional and national economic development hub.

The natural territory of the province of Binh Phuoc is approximately 7,000 km2, and its population is projected to reach 1,200,000 by 2030. Due to its strategic location in the transitional zone between the Central Highlands and the Southeast, Binh Phuoc province possesses a wealth of construction territory with excellent development potential. For Binh Phuoc Province’s planning to maximize its development strengths, it will be necessary to strengthen regional connections and improve the development of human resources, particularly those of high caliber.

Binh Phuoc aims to achieve an average GRDP development rate of 9%, with the construction sector contributing approximately 54%, trade about 35%, and agriculture, forestry, and fishery approximately 11%. The proportion of the digital economy is 30%.

From an economic standpoint, Binh Phuoc will pursue sustainable industrial development by giving priority to high-value sectors including processing, manufacturing, supporting industries, and renewable energy. The region will also emphasize the expansion of new industrial zones and clusters and enhancing technological applications.

IVI and enCity are proud and honored to accompany Binh Phuoc province and its partners in this important and meaningful planning.
