Proposing development plans and specifying industry development objectives (trade, services, and industry) are considered in a variety of ways, including assuring conformity with national master plans, regional master plans, and in accordance with the general goals of Tay Ninh Provincial Planning (vertically), balance resources with other sectors and fields (horizontally), adapt and match the industry’s development conditions and prospects within and outside the province (internal and external), and balance short-term goals with long-term vision (over time).
