OBJECTIVES

Create a digital Dashboard and database to visualize and analyze key socio-economic indicators that serve evidence-based policymaking and directing of the Government and the Prime Minister.

Rank performance of Ministries, Department, and Localities; encourage transparency

Forecast, analyze, and provide warnings to develop solutions for achieving predetermined objectives

RESULTS

  • Apply international experience to practice in Vietnam

  • Design the pilot version of the dashboard monitoring socio-economic indicators for the Government.

  • Provide technical consultancy to the Administrative Procedures Control Agency, Office of Government on the Government Reporting Information System.

  • Make recommendations on the development of Decree 09-2019/ND-CP, issued on 24/01/2019, on the reporting method for state administrative agencies.

  • Contribute to the development of Decision 293/ QĐ-TTg, issued on 24/02/2020, promulgating a set of indicators for periodical socio-economic statistical reports for the Government and the Prime Minister.
