Thematic papers in research series “Vietnam: 40 years of Doi Moi and 2045 vision” completed

In April, experts from the Vietnam Initiative network completed their thematic papers in the research series “Vietnam: 40 years of Doi Moi and 2045 vision”. The research focuses on 6 areas that have a profound impact on Vietnam’s development trajectory: major trends in the world for the period 2025 – 2050, public administration reform, strategies to escape the middle-income trap, financial system reform, urban development, and sustainable development.

The research series is supported by the Vietnam-Australia Center (VAC). The series is aimed at analyzing and making policy recommendations on the important aspects of the country, contributing to realizing Vietnam’s vision to 2045. The research findings are expected to be inputs for the draft report summarizing 40 years of Doi moi and the draft Document submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
