Institute for Vietnam Initiatives and the Office of Government convened on administrative procedure reform

In June 2024, the Office of Government and the Institute for Vietnam Initiatives convened to discuss activities related to administrative procedure reforms.

During the meeting, both parties proposed solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the Digital Public Service Delivery Index, recommended improvements to the mechanism for collecting citizen feedback and explored potential technological applications for measuring the compliance costs of administrative procedures.
