The partnership enCity – Vietnam Initiatives, kicks off the planning project of Tay Ninh

On the morning of May 5, 2021, at the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh province, the consortium of enCity consultants and the Vietnam Initiative attended a meeting to officially launch the planning project of Tay Ninh province from 2021 to 2030, with a vision to 2020. 2050, and consult with experts. Overview of the workshop to kick off the planning project of Tay Ninh province

On behalf of the enCity Consulting Partnership – Vietnam Initiative, Ms. Vuong Phan Lien Trang (Deputy General Director of enCity) introduced the comprehensive planning methodology, integrated with international experiences, principles, and integrated approach applied to the planning of Tay Ninh province. With a team of international experts with expertise in planning to consult for cities and territories around the world and a deep understanding of Vietnam’s geography, economy, society, and culture, the entity has proposed three main planning principles including: “Foresight, near-term goals,” “Associating with businesses and the community to create opportunities,” “Development roadmap that easily adapts to unexpected changes.” predictable.” The principle of planning implementation will be based on consensus on the vision and roadmap, which is the core to determine the common goal, optimize the province’s development strategy based on resources and readiness level, and ensure a balance of economic, social, and environmental factors. Next, Mr. Nguyen Do Dung (General Director of enCity) presented the content of planning Tay Ninh Province 2021-2030 with a vision for 2050. The content will have 19 integrated planning components, 25 specialized planning components, and 6 district planning components.
