On behalf of the enCity Consulting Partnership – Vietnam Initiative, Ms. Vuong Phan Lien Trang (Deputy General Director of enCity) introduced the comprehensive planning methodology, integrated with international experiences, principles, and integrated approach applied to the planning of Tay Ninh province.
